  I ride my bike to work every day. I live just outside of Los Angeles so it can be a bit hairy for the first 3 miles until I get to the bike path. My ride includes 3 miles of awesome bike path and just over 3 miles of bike lane. A total of 9.5 miles each way. I wish the bike lanes were better maintained but I am frankly just happy they are there. My first 3 miles needs a bike lane BADLY. Whittier Boulevard is a major street and its downright scary on the way home. Overall though, I love my commute and am much happier at work when I ride in versus driving in.

  Bonus - I've worked out before my workout and thus am already one step ahead of everyone!

  This is so awesome. Ryan (founder) is an avid climber at Rockreation in LA. Our social media guy really wants a standing desk, and for us to do pushups every 50 min. "Exercise sparks innovation he always yells" Thanks for sharing,!
