It’s my favorite “holiday” in Los Angeles. That’s right - Ciclavia. An event inspired by a massive community bike ride in Bogota, Ciclavia attracts kids, parents, hipsters, and bike enthusiasts to downtown LA, where almost 10 miles will be closed off for those pedaling or walking. Next event will be Sunday, October 7th, 2012 with a new and bigger route.
